※The dinner reservation will be automatically cancelled once the reservation for your accommodation is cancelled.

Cancellation fee will be charged for a last-minute cancellation as follows.

※Reception Hours: 9am- 6pm (JST).

（ The contact after 6pm is treated as the one of the next dates. ）

When we receive your contact for cancellation	Cancellation fee
after 6pm on 3 days before your scheduled arrival	20% of your total amount for accommodation
after 6pm of 2 days before your scheduled arrival	50％ of your total amount for accommodation
after 6pm of 1 day before your scheduled arrival	80％ of your total amount for accommodation
after 6pm on your scheduled arrival or No show	100％ of your total amount for accommodation

If you wish to have dinner, please order by 6pm (JST) on 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
